The hotel's location in the heart of the city makes it a convenient choice for exploring all the nearby attractions. Many guests mentioned that the hotel is within easy walking distance to several sights such as the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, and Checkpoint Charlie. it is just across the square from the Franzoesischer Dom and close to a wonderful restaurant called Augustiner.
One guest mentioned that the restaurant associated with the hotel did not meet their expectations in terms of service and professionalism.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary champagne offered to us during check-in. The location couldn't have been better - it was really near all the tourist attractions, and there was a U-Bahn station close by.

Nice location, close to attractions. Comfy bed, quiet room. Wall art questionable. Surprised to find steam room and sauna. Staff excellent and friendly. Clean room with great finish. Fabulous view, large bathroom. Very comfortable bed, sitting area. Heart of the city but quiet. Easy access to Christmas markets and restaurants. Cool vibe, helpful staff.

The hotel was stylish, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance and convenient access to public transportation. The area also offered a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly want to mention Nicolai Laaser, were very good to make my first visit to Berlin nice. He arranged for various reservations and activities, ensuring I could explore the city to the fullest.
